1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the RockTix ticketing platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.
2. Ticket Purchases
2.1. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled.
2.2. Tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain.
2.3. We reserve the right to cancel tickets that have been transferred, resold, or purchased through unauthorized channels.
3. Event Changes and Cancellations
3.1. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
3.2. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
4. Ticket Holder Conduct
4.1. Ticket holders must comply with venue rules and regulations.
4.2. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person for inappropriate behavior.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
5.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2. By using our Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Platform Usage
6.1. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair service.
6.2. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Platform for any reason, without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Songbrothers Records P/L is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7.2. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the tickets.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
